Shopify Custom Theme Redesign and Development

This is a redesign of a Shopify theme for a well established online distributor of linear actuators.

Node/npm was used for the front end build system. Local development environment is setup to deploy to 3 different live Shopify sites.

Illustrations and Custom Widgets

Illustrations were created in Adobe Illustrator and animated directly in the browser with the use of Javascript and CSS.

Linear Actuator Calculator

Custom pages were created to help customers with their projects. A calculator widget was created with Nuxt.js and deployed to digital ocean and shopify. It allowed customers to determined the exact force and mounting position to lift a hatch door from the ground and could dynamically recommend a product.

A wire diagram generator gives customers a diagram based on their project requirements and then will load the products with the ability to add them to their shopping cart.
